Chemical Shift

I am still finishing up my research, writing my thesis, and looking for a job.

I did not get the job in Utah. I was told that I didn’t appear to want the job since I didn’t tell every person I met that I wanted the job. I understand what they meant, but the fact that I took the time to fly out there and meet with them showed myself and others I have spoken with that I had interest in the position, to say the least.

At least I can chalk it up to another learning experience, so that in the future, when I interview with a company I like and has a position that sounds interesting to me, I will tell them that I like what I hear and I am enthusiastic for it.
