It truly saddens my soul to see the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and the resultant flooding of New Orleans. Melissa and I have relatives in Louisiana, luckily not in the hardest hit of areas, but they still have some hardships to face.

Great service Delta! Not!

The trip back from the ACS meeting was not a good experience, compounded by the customer service, or lack thereof, by Delta Airlines and its employees.
